Critical path analysis – project schedule

The issue of risk management is a fascinating issue, in my opinion, and is closely related in HCP-Go.

Why?

When you think about risk management, one of the first questions asked is – where is the risk? 

HCP-Go is very helpful in answering this question. 

When there is a schedule, HCP-Go analysis defines paths: HCP critical path analysis and hidden critical paths. More than that – who are the tasks which create those paths.

All that is left to do is to ask about those tasks – do they contain risk?
